Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Easy Design Agency websites and paid services. By requesting an audit, paying an invoice, or using a deployed chassis, you agree to them. Related partner rules live in the Partner Terms.

Services

We design, compile, and host contractor websites; run local SEO and AEO/GEO engineering; and include managed hosting plus a colocated standby on every engine tier. Optional add-ons include lead responders, reputation workflows, and content generation. Scope is defined in your proposal or checkout selection. Public pricing on our site is a starting point, not a custom quote.

Audit dossiers

Free dossiers are informational. They are based on publicly reachable pages and our tools (heatmaps, SEO/AEO/GEO, competitor comparison, speed). They are not a warranty of rankings, citations, or revenue. We may refuse or delay audits that abuse the intake form.

Agreements and fees

Engine tiers require a 12-month service agreement unless we agree otherwise in writing. Setup and monthly fees are billed as stated at checkout. Managed hosting and colocated failover are included in the engine fee, not billed as a separate hosting line. Late amounts may pause hosting or SEO work. You own custom code we produce for you; cluster operations, colocation, tooling, and playbooks remain ours.

Availability

Published sites run on a primary cluster and a colocated standby so a failure at one site does not, by itself, take the site offline. This is how the chassis is built. It is not a promise of uninterrupted service in every case, including DNS or registrar problems, client non-payment, or events outside our control.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business, license, and content information.
• Keep DNS, domain registration, and third-party ad accounts in good standing when they are in your name.
• Do not upload illegal content or interfere with the cluster.

Performance and search

We target strong Core Web Vitals and durable local/AI visibility. Search engines and answer engines change without notice. We do not guarantee #1 rankings, AI citations, or a specific number of leads.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a claim is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost leads, or indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Easy Design Agency principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised at sasha@easydesignoptimizations.com.
