Partner Program Terms

These Partner Terms apply when you apply to or participate in the Easy Design Agency affiliate / consultant program. Client work remains under the Terms of Service. Privacy is described in the Privacy Policy.

Enrollment

Submitting the partner form (Tally 2EGLO9) is an application, not acceptance. We may approve, waitlist, or decline for any reason. Tracking links and parameters we issue are personal to you.

Commission

• Approved partners earn 20% of collected recurring monthly fees on referred accounts for the life of that account. That includes the engine retainer (managed hosting and colocated failover are part of the monthly fee) and any separate add-on retainers we bill, unless a written deal says otherwise.
• Setup fees, ad spend, and third-party pass-throughs are not commissioned unless we confirm in writing.
• Payouts follow collected, non-refunded revenue. Chargebacks or unpaid invoices reduce or reverse commission.
• We pay on a regular cycle after the client’s payment clears (typically monthly).

Attribution

A referred client must use your tracking link or be tagged by us in writing before their agreement starts. We do not pay on accounts already in our pipeline. Self-referrals of your own operating company are not eligible without prior written approval.

Your duties

• Describe our services accurately. Do not promise rankings, lead volume, or timelines we have not put in writing.
• Do not bid on our brand terms in paid search without permission.
• Keep client ad accounts and CRMs under the client’s (or your) control; we supply the web chassis and hosting layer.
• Comply with advertising and privacy law in your campaigns.

Term and termination

Either party may end partner status with written notice. We may suspend immediately for fraud, brand abuse, or legal risk. Earned, collected commission through the termination date remains payable; future months on that account may stop if the partnership ended for cause.

Independent contractors

You are not an employee, and this is not a franchise. You may not bind Easy Design Agency to contracts.
