Easy Design Agency (“we”, “us”) operates easydesignoptimizations.com, easydesignagency.com, and related subdomains. This policy describes information we handle when you use our sites, request an audit dossier, become a client, or apply as a partner.

Information we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, phone, company, website URL) through Tally forms or email.
• Technical data from your current website when you request an audit (public HTML, performance metrics, schema, publicly visible competitor pages).
• Usage data such as pages visited, referring host (sourceHost), and basic device/browser information.
• Partner payout and referral records if you join the affiliate program.
• Public business-registry records for trade contractors we contact about an audit: entity name, formation date, city, and a business email when the state publishes one.

How we use it

• To produce and deliver the audit dossier and follow-up proposals.
• To build, host, and maintain client websites and related infrastructure.
• To pay partner commissions and prevent fraud.
• To improve SEO, AEO, and GEO coverage on our own properties.
• To send one email about the written audit dossier and contractor website services to a newly formed trade business, and to honor unsubscribe requests.
• To comply with law and enforce our terms.

Processors

We use Tally for forms, Cloudflare for DNS and edge delivery, our Kubernetes cluster and a colocated standby (including n8n) for hosting and automations, state open-data portals for public business filings, and email providers to contact you. Those vendors process data under their own terms.

Retention

Audit submissions and related site snapshots are kept for as long as needed to deliver the dossier and any engagement that follows, then as required for accounting and legal holds. You may ask us to delete marketing records that are not needed for an active contract.

Your choices

Email sasha@easydesignoptimizations.com to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to opt out of non-essential outreach, including a new-company introduction. We do not sell personal information.
